Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SentinelFlux VigilQA ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users across free trial and paid cloud plans.

2. Description of Service

SentinelFlux VigilQA is an AI-powered test automation platform. The Service includes test generation, execution, analysis, a web dashboard, and related APIs. Feature availability varies by plan as described on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@sentinelflux.in.
  • One account per person or organization unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to test systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate test scripts intended to harm, disrupt, or attack third-party systems.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. AI Services and API Keys

When you provide an AI service API key (e.g., Mistral), you are responsible for compliance with that provider's terms of service. SentinelFlux VigilQA transmits prompts to your configured AI service on your behalf. We are not responsible for outputs generated by third-party AI models.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of any test code, knowledge base files, and data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant SentinelFlux VigilQA a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The SentinelFlux VigilQA platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by SentinelFlux, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.

8. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINELFLUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
