Everything included in the 14-day free trial and how to get your team up and running.
Trial overview
The VigilQA free trial gives you 14 days of full Pro plan access with no credit card required. There is no feature restriction — the trial is identical to a paid Pro subscription.

Trial data is not deleted immediately when the trial ends. You have 30 days after expiry to upgrade and retain all your data.
Onboarding checklist
To get maximum value from the trial, complete these steps in the first few days:
Day 1 — Foundation
- Activate your account and verify your email
- Create your first project and set the application URL
- Enable the modules relevant to your app (Web UI, API, or both)
- Add at least one domain to the Knowledge Base with 5–10 scenarios
Day 2–3 — First generation run
- Trigger the generation pipeline from the dashboard
- Monitor agent activity in real time under Agent Activities
- Review and approve the first batch of generated scripts in Approvals
- Run your first test suite and review results
Day 4–7 — CI/CD and team
- Connect your CI/CD pipeline to trigger runs automatically
- Invite team members under Settings → Team
- Review post-run agent outputs (CoverageGap, RegressionGuard) and understand agent activities
- Expand the Knowledge Base with more domains
Day 8–14 — Refine and evaluate
- Review any LocatorHealer patches queued in Approvals after a few runs
- Check FlakyDetector stability scores and resolve flaky tests
- Evaluate coverage gap reports and add missing KB scenarios
- Decide on a plan and upgrade before trial ends to retain data
Inviting team members
During the trial you can invite up to 5 team members. Navigate to Settings → Team → Invite Member, enter the email address, and select a role:
- Admin — full access including billing and settings
- Engineer — can run tests, manage KB, review and approve scripts
- Viewer — read-only access to runs, results, and reports

Upgrading to Pro
To continue after the trial, navigate to Settings → Billing → Upgrade to Pro. Pro is billed at $49 per seat per month (annual billing). All trial data, projects, and KB entries are retained.
What changes at upgrade
- Project limit increases from 3 to unlimited
- No seat cap (add team members as needed)
- Data retention moves from 30-day post-trial retention to ongoing
- SLA support available
