Team & Roles

Manage team members, assign roles, and control access to project features.

Roles

VigilQA uses three roles:

Inviting team members

Navigate to Settings → Team → Invite Member. Enter the email address and select a role. An invitation email is sent; the invitee must create a VigilQA account to accept.

Pending invitations (accepted within 7 days) are shown in the Team list with a "Pending" badge.

Changing roles

Admins can change any team member's role from Settings → Team → [member] → Change Role. Role changes take effect immediately.

SSO / SAML (Enterprise)

Enterprise plans support SSO/SAML integration. Team members can log in via your organisation's identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace). User provisioning and deprovisioning are managed centrally through your IdP. Contact engage@sentinelflux.in to configure SSO.
