System Requirements

SpecVault is a hosted service, so there is no server to provision or software to install. All you need is a modern browser and — for automated publishing — outbound network access from your CI/CD runner.

There are no server, CPU, memory, database, or SMTP requirements on your side — SpecVault handles hosting, storage, and email delivery as part of the managed service.

Browser requirements

The SpecVault dashboard works in any modern browser. Tested on:

  • Chrome 120+
  • Firefox 120+
  • Safari 17+
  • Edge 120+

JavaScript must be enabled. No browser extensions are required.

Network access for CI/CD

To publish specs automatically from a pipeline, your CI/CD runner needs outbound HTTPS (port 443) access to specvault.sentinelflux.in. If your runners sit behind an egress allowlist, add that host. No inbound ports or firewall changes are required on your side.
