Quick fixes for the issues teams hit most often with DocForge.

PDF layout looks wrong

Author for paper, not screen. Set sheet size and margins with the CSS @page rule in physical units (mm or pt), and use break-inside: avoid to keep tables and signature blocks from splitting across pages. See Template Studio.

GST split looks incorrect

The CGST/SGST vs IGST choice depends on place of supply. Confirm the supplier state and place of supply are set correctly — intra-state splits into CGST + SGST, inter-state is a single IGST. See Invoice Engine & GST.

An invoice number is missing

It is not deleted — it is most likely void. Voided invoices keep their number and remain in the series by design. See Gap-free Numbering.
