Products & Agents

AgentPulse organises everything under an organisation: products contain agents, and runs belong to agents.

The hierarchy

There are three levels:

• Organisation — the top-level tenant created with your account. All data is isolated to it.
• Product — a grouping that maps to something you ship. Cost and metrics aggregate per product.
• Agent — an individual AI agent that reports runs. Each agent has its own Bearer secret.

Multi-tenant isolation

Every organisation sees only its own products, agents, runs, and alerts. There is no shared state across organisations — an agent secret authenticates into exactly one organisation and one agent.

Team roles

On the Pro plan you can invite team members and assign roles:

Role	Can do
Admin	Manage products, agents, alert channels, billing, and members.
Member	View dashboards, runs, traces, and alerts; create alert rules.

Choosing a product structure

Group agents by the part of your business whose cost and reliability you want to track together. A good default is one product per customer-facing feature, with one agent per distinct job that feature runs.
